We ship to Canada and the United States.

Standard Shipping 25.00 in canada/ US 30.00

All orders are processed within 1-5 Business days.

Yeg designer consignment is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Items that need to be reshipped will be at buyers expense.

Local delivery

If you are in the Edmonton area I do offer pick up and meetups. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ourcloset@yegdesignerconsignment.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
